1. Who we are

2. What we collect
Through the Contact page, we collect what you choose to submit: name, company, work email, phone (optional), target geography and your message. All four calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers themselves are never transmitted anywhere. If you choose to use an optional "Email me my results" button, or submit your email to unlock the Outbound Readiness Scorecard (on this site or via the exit-intent popup), we collect your email, optionally your company name, and a copy of the calculator output or scorecard request — nothing else, and only if you choose to submit it.
3. How we use it
Form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry, send the content you requested, assess fit for an engagement, and follow up by email or phone. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-party services
We use Formspree to process all form submissions on this site (Contact, calculator "email me my results," Scorecard downloads, and the exit-intent popup) and Calendly to manage call bookings. Both are independent services with their own privacy policies — we encourage you to review them if you have concerns about how they handle data in transit.
5. Cookies & tracking
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — which pages get visited, and how people move through the site. IP addresses are anonymized before storage, and we don't combine this data with anything that identifies you personally. We don't run advertising or retargeting cookies. You can opt out using your browser's Do Not Track setting or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
6. Data retention & security
We retain contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or maintain a record of a prospective/active engagement, and take reasonable steps to protect it against unauthorized access.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've submitted to us, consistent with applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and relevant regional data protection laws for visitors outside India). 8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
